These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Antar Yatri platform, website, mobile
applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Yantratmika ("we", "our", or
"us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree
to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If
you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a
parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Platform Services
Antar Yatri provides a range of services for spiritual communities, including but not limited to:
- Learning Management System (LMS): delivery of spiritual courses and teachings
- Spiritual Library: access to scriptures, commentaries, and spiritual content
- Student CRM: community management tools for spiritual organizations
- Mobile Application: sadhana tracking, reminders, and community features
- Content Studio: tools for creating spiritual content for social media
- Daily Sadhana Guide: interactive guidance for prayers, chants, and meditation
- Ritual & Purohit Services: booking of purohits and ceremony facilitation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable
notice.
5. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree to:
- Use the Platform in a manner consistent with its spiritual and educational purpose
- Treat all users, teachers, and purohits with respect and dignity
- Not upload, share, or distribute content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of
others
- Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Not use the Platform for commercial solicitation unrelated to its intended purpose
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
6. Content & Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned
by Yantratmika and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not
copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform
for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you
upload.
6.3 Teaching Content
Spiritual teachings, courses, and content provided by teachers and organizations through the Platform remain
the intellectual property of those teachers and organizations. Access to such content is subject to the terms
set by the respective content creators.
7. Ritual & Purohit Services
- Purohits listed on the Platform are independent service providers, not employees of Yantratmika
- We facilitate connections between users and purohits but do not guarantee the outcome of any ritual or
ceremony
- We verify purohit credentials to the best of our ability but encourage users to satisfy themselves regarding
suitability
- Disputes between users and purohits should first be reported to us for mediation
- Cancellation and refund policies for ritual bookings are specified at the time of booking
8. Payments & Subscriptions
- Certain features and services may require payment or subscription
- All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
- Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy
9. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- Spiritual teachings, practices, and guidance provided through the Platform are for informational and
devotional purposes and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or legal advice
- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content provided by third-party
teachers or purohits
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yantratmika and its directors, employees, and agents shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or
related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or spiritual
expectations.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yantratmika, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any
claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of
these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the
Platform or its community
- Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification
survive termination
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these
Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on
the Platform or sending an email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.
